Yale (Yoel) R. Smith, MD

Renowned triple board-certified physician Yale (Yoel) R. Smith, MD brings nearly 40 years of extensive medical experience to his integrative and functional medicine physician role.
After medical school, Dr. Smith worked as a medical researcher for five years. He then completed a surgery residency followed by a four-year anesthesiology residency. Dr. Smith worked for 27 years throughout Israel and the United States, including as a professor at several universities.
He has been on research teams at Duke and Temple University in the Plastic Surgery Department in wound healing. He completed anesthesiology residency training at Vanderbilt University and the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Smith holds a lifetime license to practice medicine in Israel and is board-certified in anesthesiology, integrative medicine, and antiaging and precision medicine in the United States. He is the only triple board-certified doctor with nearly 40 years of diverse medical experience in the entire Brevard County area.
Dr. Smith focuses on antiaging, revitalization, and illness prevention—helping patients improve health internally and externally by identifying root causes and addressing them directly. The practice offers advanced options such as heavy metal detox, hormone replacement therapy, and sleep solutions including peptide therapy, alongside extensive testing services to support prevention and long-term health.

MariaElena has been in the medical field for 16 years. She was born in New Jersey and has been a Florida resident for 49 years. She enjoys cooking, art and culture, reading, travel, and riding her bike—along with spending time with her parents and children.
