Package Three: Patents that have moderate to Severe Erectile Dysfunction: Involves 12 treatments ( two per week) for 6 weeks. This involves withdrawing blood form you the patient and spinning it down to obtain the platelet derived growth factors that will be re-injected into the penile tissue after a local anesthetic block is performed with a penile block Cost: $6600.00
Adjuvant treatments: Include the usage of BCP 157 peptides and supplements such as CitraNox and the usage of a penile Pump. BCP-157 is a peptide that also increases new blood vessel growth along with other beneficial effects. This must be ordered by a compounding pharmacy. This will be delivered to you within 3-4 days to you at home. This requires a subcutaneous injection on a daily basis for up to two weeks. If you cannot perform this injection our office staff will perform this for you. Citranox is a supplement that is taken orally is causing the formation of nitric oxide thus causing vasodilation of the blood vessels and increased blood flow. The penile pump causes blood engorgement and used on a twice a day basis for maximal effect. These treatment options can be discussed with Dr Smith during your consultation.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR Shockwave Therapy PROCEDURE?
Prior to arriving to our office you should perform the following two tasks: groom and/ or ManScape and apply the BLT local anesthetic cream.
ManScaping is defined as “grooming below the belt“ You should use an electric razor or trimmer first to the genital area and then use a mach 3 razor or razor from Harry’s with shaving cream. This will provide not only better exposure for the application of the BLT cream but also will allow the nurse better visualization of the anatomy of the male genital region. Yes this is something new for many men however it is become common place for many men to do in the 21st century.
You can either have the BLT local anesthetic cream delivered to your home from Rocklege Discount Pharmacy which is our compounding Pharmacy or pick it up. We have arranged that all patients that use RDP will have either free same day deliveries or deliveries by the U.S. Postal Service at no charge to you the patient.
The BLT cream is a combination of 3 local anesthetics (Benzocaine, Lidocaine, Tetracaine). Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any of these local anesthetics. This compounded local anesthetic should be applied approximately 45 minutes before the Shockwave Therapy procedure is performed.
We would appreciate you arriving 30 minutes before your procedure to fill out all the forms needed regarding your medical history and all consent forms. These will be entered into an IPAD by you the patient. Once you are finished return the IPAD to the staff. All your medical history will be encrypted and uploaded into our software. Only our staff will have access to your medical history. We encourage all our patients to take a photo of themselves so that our staff will know whom you are and provide discretion to you the patient.
Our nursing staff will come out and introduce themselves to you. They will escort you back to the Shockwave Therapy Procedure Room. They will review your medical history with you prior to the procedure. They will leave the room to allow you to undress and place on a paper gown for the procedure. If you need assistance for the preparation please ask the nursing staff.
The procedure takes 15 -20 minutes in total. You may feel some discomfort during the procedure however this is normal. Please always inform the staff of what you are feeling so they can assist you through this procedure. If you are nervous we can provide a chewable supplement that is calming in nature.
After the procedure we will provide you with a something to clean the area and allow you to change back into your clothing. You should resume normal activities immediately and we encourage you to have sexual relations with your significant other that evening. You may also use a penile pump or other adjuvants (CitroNox, BCP-157 or the P-Shot) for additional benefits.
This procedure should be done twice weekly for three weeks or twice weekly for 6 weeks.
After the first treatment we will obtain an in-house blood sample for: HgbA1c, Testosterone and CRP. On your second or third visit you will be offered time with our Integrative and Functional Medicine Physician to review your results.
